The hotel had a great location near public transportation, restaurants, and a grocery store. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the city. The room was comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had hot water with good water pressure.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Valparaiso! The hosts were incredibly friendly, even though they only spoke Spanish. They made sure to provide all the basic amenities I needed, including complimentary shampoo which was a lifesaver. The view from the roof terrace was absolutely stunning, providing a beautiful panoramic view of the city. Additionally, the hotel had many cozy spots where I could relax and hang out. Lastly, the hotel staff went above and beyond by offering to hold my heavy bags for free while I continued to explore the city before catching my bus.
All was wonderful, no complaints at all!

Spent Xmas at a lovely hostel with excellent location near public transport options and a shopping mall. the host was attentive and the kitchen and common areas were clean and well-equipped. the rooftop terrace was a great place to hang out with a beautiful view.
The shared bathroom wasn't the newest but it was clean. Depending on the guests in neighboring rooms, it could get a bit noisy as the walls were thin.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hostel. The rooms were functional and came with hot water in the shower. The rooftop terrace was great to relax on with beautiful views. The location was key, with easy access to bus lines and close to the central-east section of town. the owner was very nice and helpful.
The stairs were tough on our knees and checked luggage was subject to fees. We felt the rooms were small and lacked shelf space for toiletries, and breakfast was not complimentary.

The hostel has a great atmosphere and offers useful information about the local culture. Its location is also quite convenient, being close to the bus terminal and a market selling fresh fruits and vegetables. the shared bathroom is cleaned regularly, and some rooms have a nice view from the rooftop terrace.
The furniture and fixtures are quite old and some parts of the hostel are not well-maintained.
